Haitian Flavouring and Food's Earnings Growth Remains Strong in Q3, but Shares Are Overvalued

Wide-moat Foshan Haitian Flavouring and Food’s strong 19% year-on-year recurring profit growth in the third quarter was slightly higher than we expected. We expect Haitian to meet its 2020 full-year guidance with revenue and net profit growing 15% and 18% from 2019, respectively.
