Mitsubishi Electric Faces Hurdles but Factory Automation Business Outperforms; Raising FVE

Mitsubishi Electric, or MEC’s, results in the third quarter of fiscal 2021, ending in December, showed the company was affected by the ongoing components crunch, with only a 0.4% year-on-year increase in companywide revenue, but its factory automation, or FA, systems business outperformed our expectations.
