Cromwell: Sale of Polish Assets Reduces Uncertainty; Securities Undervalued

We increase our fair value estimate for no-moat Cromwell by 7% to AUD 0.75 per share. It reflects favorable changes to our equity-raising assumptions following the sale of the Polish retail assets.
