Brookfield Renewable Earnings: Neoen Acquisition Positions Firm for Future Growth

We are maintaining our $28 fair value estimate for no-moat Brookfield Renewable Partners following second-quarter 2024 results. Moreover, we maintained our $30 fair value estimate for Brookfield Renewable Corp. Changes in the USD/CAD exchange rate have bumped each entity’s fair value estimate in Canadian dollars by $1 per share, to 39 CAD and 42 CAD, respectively. We continue to view the company as a strong allocator of capital within the renewable energy industry. We see shares as undervalued.
