We don't plan on materially changing our $55 fair value estimate for no-moat Kroger as the firm's fiscal 2024 second-quarter results landed mostly in line with our expectations. Shares popped by a mid-single-digit percentage following the release and currently trade in a range that we consider fairly valued.
