Wide-moat Texas Instruments reported solid second-quarter results and provided investors with a decent third-quarter forecast that suggests the business will recover slightly from the cyclical downturn that plagued the company and its peers in recent quarters. We maintain our $146 fair value estimate and view shares as overvalued.
