Hayward Earnings: Solid Margin Expansion Despite Lower Volumes

Narrow-moat-rated Hayward increased its second-quarter adjusted EBITDA by 4% year over year to $82.6 million. We’ve left our long-term revenue growth and operating margin assumptions largely unchanged, but we’ve slightly increased our fair value estimate to $15.40 per share from $15.30 due to time value of money.
