Narrow-moat Cardinal Health reported solid fourth-quarter earnings and ended the fiscal year on strong footing. Total sales of $59.9 billion were up 12% year over year, surpassing our expectations of high-single-digit growth, as a favorable prescription trend and solid performance across the board fueled the top line. After updating our model, we are raising our fair value estimate to $102 per share from $92.
