Narrow-moat-rated Synopsys reported solid third-quarter 2024 results, and we are increasing our fair value estimate slightly to $490 from $480. The firm posted revenue in line with our expectations, while margins came in slightly better than our estimate, leading to a 5% beat compared with our non-GAAP earnings per share estimates.
