On April 17, 2026, Franklin Templeton announced that John Kohli was one of several portfolio managers departing as part of a series of voluntary buyout offers extended to eligible employees in February 2026. Kohli, who became a listed manager here in 1999, will be in place until Sept. 30, 2026; after that date, long-tenured comanager Blair Schmicker and recently promoted portfolio manager Luke Lotti will be the new team.
