BlackRock High Yield Municipal, which currently operates as an open-end mutual fund, will on Feb. 7, 2025, reorganize into the iShares High Yield Muni Active ETF, a newly created active ETF. After the reorganization, BlackRock will liquidate the open-end vehicle. This reorganization should lower net expenses and add trading flexibility and increased portfolio holdings transparency. There are, however, no expected changes to the team, investment objectives, or the fundamental investment policies of the strategy. Thus, the strategy’s Average People and Above Average Process ratings remain unchanged.
