RingCentral starts search for new CFO as Sonalee Parekh resigns
By Connor Hart
RingCentral (RNG) has launched a search for a new top finance executive, as its CFO, Sonalee Parekh, will resign, effective Sept. 10.
The Belmont, Calif., cloud-communications and collaboration solutions provider said Tuesday that Parekh has accepted a CFO role at another public company that isn't a competitor, supplier or customer of RingCentral.
The company's CFO search will include both internal and external candidates, and Parekh's resignation is not expected to affect its outlook.
