By Ian Walker
Senior PLC has won two contracts to supply components to Airbus and Airbus Atlantic.
The U.K. engineering company said Wednesday that the contract with Airbus is for aerostructure parts used in the Airbus A320 and A330 aircraft. It said that deliveries started last month.
In addition Senior Aerospace Thailand has been awarded a contract from Airbus Atlantic to supply business class seat structures to a major European airline, with deliveries beginning in early this year.
"The contract awards build further on our existing strong relationship and we look forward to supporting Airbus with these and future contracts," Senior Aerospace Chief Executive Launie Fleming said.
No financial terms of either contract have been disclosed.
