First American Financial Corporation Increases Quarterly Cash Dividend to 54 Cents Per Share
First American Financial Corporation (NYSE: FAF),a premier provider of title, settlement and risk solutions for real estate transactions and the leader in the digital transformation of its industry, today announced that its board of directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of 54 cents per common share, a 2 percent increase over the prior level of 53 cents per common share.
“This increase in our cash dividend reflects our continued confidence in the outlook for our business and our ongoing commitment to return capital to our shareholders,” said Ken DeGiorgio, chief executive officer of First American Financial Corporation.
The cash dividend is payable on September 27, 2024 to shareholders of record as of September 20, 2024.
