Atlas Copco Buys Two US Gas Service Providers

STOCKHOLM--Atlas Copco said Wednesday it has acquired William G Frank Medical Gas Testing and Consulting and Medical Gas Credentialing, both based in New Hampshire, U.S.
The businesses provide medical and laboratory gas services including annual inspections, consulting and credentialing services, preventative maintenance, parts supply, equipment sales and professional development and training.
The two businesses, which have the same owners, have 8 employees in total. Total revenue in 2022 totaled around $2 million.
The purchase price wasn't disclosed.
