Blackstone Considers Bid for L'Occitane International, Bloomberg Reports

--Blackstone is considering a bid for L'Occitane International, Bloomberg reports, citing people familiar with the matter.
--The investing giant has been conducting preliminary due diligence as it evaluates a potential offer for the skincare company, according to the report.
--Blackstone is considering the possibility of teaming up with L'Occitane Chairman Reinold Geiger, who considered taking the company private last year, reports Bloomberg.
--Deliberations are at an early stage, and there is no certainty they will lead to a proposal, according to the report. L'Occitane could also attract interest from other suitors, it said.
