LVMH to Appoint Toni Belloni as President of Italian Business
By Nina Kienle
LVMH Moet Hennessy Louis Vuitton said Toni Belloni will be appointed president of LVMH Italy, while relinquishing his duties as group managing director and chairman of the executive committee.
The French luxury conglomerate said Thursday that Belloni would leave the board of directors following the annual general meeting held on April 28, 2024.
"He will remain at my side to pursue strategic missions and oversee our activities in Italy," said Bernard Arnault, Chairman and CEO of the LVMH Group.
The company added that Stephane Bianchi will chair the group's executive committee.
