Chubb Shares Rise After Berkshire Discloses Stake

Shares of Chubb rose on Wednesday in post-market trading after Berkshire Hathaway reported a stake in the company worth $6.72 billion.
The stock was up 5.2% to $266. Shares have jumped 27% over the past 12 months.
Berkshire Hathaway owns 25.9 million shares in Chubb, the company said in a Securities and Exchange Commission filing.
