Circle K, Global Partners Sell Dozens of U.S. Stores — OPIS
Circle K, a subsidiary of Alimentation Couche-Tard, and Global Partners are selling stores across a number of U.S. states, according to NRC Realty & Capital Advisors.
Both companies have been actively purchasing stores in recent years, and acquisitive companies often shed sites that don't fit their business model.
Circle K is offering 68 convenience stores, 42 of which sell fuel, in a sealed bid sale. The stores are in Alabama, Arizona, Florida, Indiana, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, Ohio and Virginia, according to NRC's website.
The c-store giant recently completed the sale of 110 stores, 61 of which sell fuel. Of that total, 80 were in the U.S. and 30 were in Canada. It earlier sold 297 stores, 229 with fuel, in 29 states and Canada.
Global Partners is offering 17 stores with fuel pumps in a sealed bid sale in Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York and Vermont.
Global recently completed the sale of 18 stores with fuel along with one commercial building in New Hampshire, Rhode Island and Vermont, the website said.
