Unilever to Sell Russian Business to Arnest, FT Reports
-- Unilever agreed to sell its Russian assets to chemical group Arnest in a deal that could be valued at up to $500 million, the Financial Times reports, citing Russian media.
-- The Anglo-Dutch multisector retailer and Arnest have submitted the deal for approval to the Russian authorities responsible for foreign investment, according to the FT.
-- Unilever and Arnest didn't immediately respond to requests for comment.
