Vinci Subsidiary Gets Two Road Contracts in Australia

Vinci said an Australian subsidiary of its construction business won two road-building contracts valued at a total of around 209 million euros ($232.3 million).
The French construction and infrastructure company said Wednesday that Seymour Whyte would work on two transport infrastructure projects in Sydney and Melbourne.
In Sydney, the company take part in the improvement of a section of Mamre Road in the west of the city near the future international airport for New South Wales, with work on this project expected to be completed in 2028.
Seymour Whyte would also upgrade Melbourne's Clyde Road for Major Road Projects Victoria, Vinci said. The project is scheduled for completion in 2027.
