ONE Gas Declares Quarterly Dividend

TULSA, Okla., July 15, 2024 /PRNewswire/ -- The board of directors of ONE Gas, Inc. (NYSE: OGS) today declared a quarterly dividend of 66 cents per share of common stock, payable Aug. 30, 2024, to shareholders of record at the close of business Aug. 14, 2024.
ONE Gas announced previously that it expects the quarterly dividend to be 66 cents per share in 2024, or $2.64 per share on an annualized basis, with an average annual dividend growth of 1% to 2% through 2028, and a target dividend payout ratio of approximately 55% to 65% of net income, subject to its board of directors' approval.
