HCA Healthcare Names Marks as Finance Chief, Rutherford Retires

HCA Healthcare's top finance executive, Bill Rutherford, is retiring after more than three decades with the healthcare-services company.
HCA on Tuesday said Mike Marks, currently senior vice president of finance, will succeed Rutherford as executive vice president and chief financial officer of the Nashville, Tenn., company on May 1.
Rutherford has been HCA's finance chief since the start of 2014. Marks joined HCA in 1996.
