Haleon Taps Tate & Lyle Finance Chief Dawn Allen as CFO
By Andrea Figueras
Haleon named Tate & Lyle finance chief Dawn Allen as its next chief financial officer to replace Tobias Hestler, who is stepping down due to a long-term health condition.
Allen will join Haleon on Oct. 28 and will become a member of the board from Nov. 1, the consumer-healthcare business said Wednesday
Hestler will step down from the board when Allen joins, but remain within the business until the end of the year in order to ensure an orderly transition, it said. The company also appointed Line De Decker as chief human resources officer as of Aug. 1.
Tate & Lyle said it has begun a process to appoint a new CFO.
