Eni Eyes More Than $4.3 Billion in Upstream Asset Sales, Bloomberg Reports
--Eni is looking to raise more than 4 billion euros ($4.29 billion) from sales in its upstream business, with operations in Indonesia and Cyprus among the potential units put for sale, Bloomberg reports, citing unnamed sources.
--The Italian energy company could also raise between EUR850 million and EUR1 billion from the announced sale of its Alaskan upstream assets to Hilcorp, as well as a similar amount from a potential disposal of a 30% stake in its Ivory Coast operations, Bloomberg reports.
--The sales would be part of Eni's broader strategy of raising EUR8 billion via asset sales over the next three years.
--Eni didn't immediately respond to a request for comment by Dow Jones Newswires.
