PLEASANTON, Calif., May 2, 2024 /PRNewswire/ -- Simpson Manufacturing Co., Inc. (the "Company") (NYSE: SSD), an industry leader in engineered structural connectors and building solutions, today announced that on May 1, 2024, the Company's Board of Directors (the "Board") declared a regular quarterly dividend of 28 cents per share on the Company's common stock. The dividend is payable on July 25, 2024, to stockholders of record on July 4, 2024.
